On August 22, in the presence of Premier Li Qiang and Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko, Chinese Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao and Belarusian Minister of Economy Yuri Chebotar signed the Agreement on Service Trade and Investment between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on behalf of their respective governments. The agreement enables high-level mutual openness between China and Belarus in service trade, investment and entry of business personnel. It will help to further tap the potential of bilateral service trade and investment cooperation, promote high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, and deepen China-Belarus all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership.
